Absolutely LOVE their Taco salad. I've been coming here the last nine years, and I'll never get sick of the taco salad. LOL also the Peanut butter parfait, so good! Buffalo Chicken wings, another classic!!

This place rocks. It's hard to find really good places that are consistent with great food, especially in Palm Springs in August. This is the 2nd time I've been to Native Foods this year, and I live in Maine so that should tell you something. My kiddo found it while looking for vegetarian places to eat. But the food they serve is amazing so even if you are normally a meat-eater like me, I promise you will not feel deprived. I tried the Cauliflower Po Boy with seasoned fries, and my kid had a veggie/salad bowl with farro or quinoa or some other ancient grain I forget the name of. They also offer a selection of flavorful dipping sauces and have about 2-3 choices of lemonade and other fresco drinks. I typically take pics of my food when I write a review, but this time everything smelled so good I dove right in and ate it all - no pics. Probably that is the highest compliment a snap-happy foodie can give! So these are pics from our trip back in January. Also these guys get points for being in a cute little shopping center just a few doors down from the best cupcakes in Palm Springs, but that is a review for another day.

So good! Cute lil place hidden in the smoke tree shopping center; It's been awhile since I came & we stopped for a light dinner, the gentleman that took our orders, was polite & very knowledgeable about the ingredients, being that we were on a cleanse, he helped us decide & it was delicious!

I have been eating at Native Foods for 13 years. Sean and Misty have made this particular location a cut above. They have real cloth napkins, super clean surfaces, and friendly service. The prices are very reasonable for the serving sizes. In many cases, I have to take some home with me. If you're looking for a TRULY Vegan option that won't break the bank, and you want to meet some very nice people - head to Native Foods right away!

Loved the Hustlin' n Brusselin' sprouts! Crispy bites with lemon and Parmesan. The Veggie burrito special with chips and Cauliflower Chickpea Shawarma bowl were both very tasty as well. Service was quick, fast and friendly.

This place far exceeded my expectations! My husband and I are not vegan, but I have a serious milk and egg allergy. So we sometimes try out vegan restaurants and bakeries but honestly this by far was the best vegan restaurant we have been to. He got a burger and I got a wrap and we split so we could try both. So if my husband who is no where near vegan loves a vegan burger than you know it's good haha The staff were friendly and our food tasted fresh. I was expecting more of a fast food vibe but it is more of a restaurant style place to go than fast food which was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be back!

Above and beyond customer service! Great eye contact and the employees understand their menu very well which makes the guest experience feel safe and comfortable. Offering a vegan menu, the sauce flavors are top notch and pair extremely well with all the dishes. Some of my best meals have been any of the bowl selections especially the orange cauliflower bowl. I also recommend any of the Fresca drinks as there are typically 2-3 flavors to choose between. The interior ambiance is very clean, however, it's not a super welcoming space with limited decorating and super bright lighting with various tables scattered around the exterior. I prefer to sit on the patio outside which allows the opportunity to soak in the desert climate and beauty. Regardless, you cannot go wrong with any of the dishes here. Chef's kiss! Thank you, Nature. I look forward to my next visit.

Prior to visiting this restaurant, I contacted them on Instagram to ask if any of their food items contained nuts. After receiving no response on Instagram, I decided to call the restaurant to inquire about menu items with nuts. The employee who answered the phone was friendly and informed me that most of the restaurant's dishes are nut free except for the Buddha bowl which contains almonds but those could be removed. The employee ended our phone call by telling me to make sure to let the person at the counter know about hubby's nut allergy since they have a protocol in place. Upon arrive at Native Foods, hubby and I were warmly greeted by the restaurant employee. After hubby informed employee of his nut allergy, she took out a binder and as he asked questions about certain menu items, she was able to quickly telll him whether or not the item he wanted was safe for him to eat. As I looked around the restaurant, I liked how bright it was as well as there being ample seating inside outside of the restuarant. While looking at their digital menu board, I appreciated that although I'm not gluten free, I appreciated that gluten free menu options were clearly noted on digital menu. After getting confirmation that hubby food choices were safe, we ordered a regular order of chicken tenders with thousand island, ranch and chipotle sauces as an appetizer. For our main meals, I ordered gastropub burger with side of mac & cheese and hubby ordered BBQ brisket burger with side of seasoned fries. For dessert, I ordered and an oatmeal cream pie. Our food arrived quickly, was flavorful, and delicious. Hubby and I were especially impressed by their chicken tenders since they were crispy, flaky, and we unlike any other vegan tenders we've tasted (like Gardein.) The sauces that we ordered with our tenders were tasty and I was happy that thechipotle sauce wasn't too hot. My gastropub burger was fabulous and I especially liked the tomaot bacon spread that was on my burger while the mac n' cheese was cheesy but not overpowering in flavor. Hubby said his BBQ brisket burger had the perfect mix of BBQ sauce and tanginess by having coleslaw on the burger. After having the appetizer, our burgers, and sides, the oatmeal pie was the perfect way to end the meal since it was big enough to share and had big flavor. After having visited restaurant and having such a good restaurant dining exerience, hubby and I are already planning out next visit to Native Foods soon.

This place is like Sweetgreen but way better! Don't come for me, but Sweetgreen is boring and unpalatable despite the ability to customize your order. Native Foods is a much improved version even without customization. There is a huge menu so there's something for everyone. There are plenty of protein packed options too on the menu, but we opted for a lighter lunch this time. The two hot salad dishes I tried were great. It the perfect wholesome lunch-- full of flavor and warming spices. The sweet potato salad tasted like Christmas in my mouth, and the cauliflower shawarma blew my mind with its garlicky profile. I also tried the oatmeal crème pie which was huge and super indulgent. If I was local, I'd love to be back sometime to try some of the sandwiches.

We've been coming to this original Native Foods for years. It's tucked in a little shopping mall with indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the counter and the bring the yummy food to you. It's a chain, but feels local. We beat the crowd by coming a little bit early for dinner. I love the BBQ chick'n salad chocked full of fresh ingredients with a great dressing and my hubby always gets the flavorful BBQ brisket burger. My daughter got the Gastropub burger which comes in a yummy pretzel roll. My grandson enjoyed the nuggets which came with a drink. All were excellent! Not my first and not my last visit to this vegetarian Mecca.
